The Electric Sons
The Electric Sons are a synth-pop duo from Atlanta, GA. They’ve supported acts like Capital Cities, Ellie Goulding, St. Lucia, Cherub and MS MR, among others. They were Red Bull Sound Select Artist in 2014, and they have been featured on Indie Shuffle. The band has a new EP called Golden Age coming out this month. They’ll be going on tour to support the new EP starting in November. Their newest single "Tell Me What To Say" off of the Golden Age EP premiered on Huffington Post in late October.
Good Graeff are a duo made up of twin sisters based in Los Angeles. They toured with Mates of State this past summer. They recently made an appearance at Relix Magazine's offices and recorded an acoustic set.
Vienna is an 18 year-old singer songwriter based in Nashville, TN. After spending her youth bouncing around town playing local haunts and collaborating with other Nashvillians, Vienna has begun to work with producers and writers outside of her hometown. Over the past few months she’s been spending time in the studio in both Brooklyn and Nashville with writer-producer team Simon Perry (Bonnie McKee, Echo & the Bunnymen) and Dave Thomas Jr., writing and crafting new material. Her latest single, "What Are You Waiting For," premiered on The FADER last month. Billboard also mentioned her song in an article they wrote about ReverbNation's new Artist Development initiatives. Vienna is a part of CONNECT, ReverbNation's new Artist Incubator. On top of that, she's a member of "The Watch List," which follows CONNECT Artists as they travel from their hometown to cities like New York, Nashville and LA to record new music and hone their craft whilst documenting their journey along the way.
AKW is an LA-based DIY alt/electro/folk duo. Lead singer, Alex Wisner, is a LA native and has been playing shows around the LA area in various bands since was 13 years old. The band have toured the Pacific Northwest multiple times, but more recently have begun to play a lot of intimate concerts in the LA area. They also just started a concert/performance series called Treehouse.
London-based soul singer Sample Answer is brand new. He just released his debut EP Good Boy in July. He blends a diverse range of influences (The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Jay-Z and Tyler the Creator) together--classic R&B, pop and rock all come together to create a real sense of edge. Sample Answer recently received press from Clash Music, who premiered the music video for his single "Textile Baby." See below.
Coral Bones is a synth-pop duo based in Provo, UT. The first single from their upcoming EP recently debuted on PopMatters, and their song "Queensway" recently premiered in The Wild Magazine. Earlier this year they played the Nylon Showcase at SXSW this year and made their NYC debut with a show at Pianos. Coral Bones recently wrote and recorded new songs with Simon Perry (Bonnie McKee, Echo & The Bunnymen.), and released their new EP Platonia in October.
KaiL Baxley is a singer-songwriter who blends r&b and blues with rock. He was named "One Of The Top Artists at SXSW" by NPR/All Songs Considered this year. KaiL's also gotten various mentions on NPR, PopMatters and Diffuser.fm. He released his last album, A Light That Never Dies, via Forty Below Records.
