Simon is a hit writer/producer from Oxford, England. He has worked with many name artists, including Echo & The Bunnymen, Westlife, Sandi Thom, and Anthony Costa. He also wrote and co-produced the multi-million selling album Me for the Chinese Idol winner, Chris Lee. Simon co-founded and served as President of Archangel Media, a Film & TV venture in LA. He holds a BA in English with Classics from the University of Sussex.

Lou’s success in the music business stems from his 15 years at Atlantic Records and Lava Records, where he last served as Head of Marketing and Artist Development. Lou has worked with and/or developed artists such as Jewel, Kid Rock, Matchbox 20, George Carlin, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, O.A.R., Simple Plan and many others. He was also responsible for negotiating partnerships with Nascar, Schick and Disney. Lou received his MBA from Dowling College.

Victoria Camera began her career at Atlantic Records where over the course of 10 years she has nurtured the careers of both developing and platinum selling artists in the Tour Marketing and Artist Development world. In addition to those roles, Victoria oversaw the Lifestyle and Street Marketing Department where she launched successful deals with national brand sponsorship programs with Skull Candy, YouTube, Alternative Press, Samsung and more. Victoria has worked with such artists as Kid Rock, Rob Thomas, Shinedown, Simple Plan, Gnarls Barkley, Staind and Jason Mraz.
Currently, Victoria holds the role of VP of Artist & Music Industry Relations at ReverbNation, the leading artist services company used by over 4.5 million artists, managers, record labels, venues and other Industry Professionals to grow their reach, influence and business across all platforms. Victoria works with all facets of the Entertainment Industry to create valuable opportunities with proven successful and scalable results. Victoria also assists in the development of new products and marketing tools used by the industry at large. Most recently, Victoria has executed on successful deals with Alcon Entertainment /Warner Bros. Pictures, ESPN, Firefly Music Festival, Columbia Records, The Voice and The Special Olympics.

Originally from Asheville, NC, Daren attended Berklee College of Music and Belmont University while interning at Lost Highway Records, V2 Records (NY) and Focus Features (NY). He began his management career in 2008 at Marathon Music Management where he handled digital marketing duties and tour management for a small roster of songwriters and mainstream rock artists. After leaving Marathon Music, Daren spent 3 years at Red Light Management's Nashville office, handling day to day duties for 3 Doors Down and von Grey, as well as working collaboratively with Red Light's management team on a roster that includes Lady Antebellum and Dierks Bentley.

With a background in account management and a passion for discovering new music, Alexa Carcamo brings her talent of developing and showcasing emerging artists as Artist Relations Manager. On the digital side, Alexa curates a community of artists and fans alike serving as the voice of CONNECT and brings licensing opportunities to artists through her work with CONNECT Songs. As a West Coast transplant, she has called New York home since 2011 and has immersed herself in the world of artist development ever since.

Craig is part of the North American CONNECT team at ReverbNation leveraging his 10+ years in the music industry to build deep relationships with brands, music festivals, labels and artists. Previously, Craig led the music partnership team at digital agency, VL Group, overseeing digital marketing, music curation and licensing for clients such as Shazam, Live Nation, Ticketmaster, Billboard, Storck and MusicToday. At VL, he championed brand activations that used the power of music to drive engagement and boost sales. Craig got his start working at SiriusXM and Little Steven’s Underground Garage (LSUG). In his time there, he oversaw brand activations with LSUG’s B2B partners including Rolling Rock, Dunkin Donuts, Pepsi and Hard Rock Café. Craig also produced stages at events such as Hard Rock Calling, Save CBGB’s, SXSW, ByLarm, and Cannes. He’s also been an artist manager and started two labels with LSUG. In addition to his experience with LSUG, Craig was the longtime producer of radio shows for Andrew Loog Oldham, Joan Jett and Little Steven Van Zandt. When he isn’t working, you’ll probably find him watching or playing hockey, producing podcasts, catching up on his Netflix queue (who isn’t) or attempting to cook the perfect frittata.

Amy is currently leading ReverbNation’s UK and European efforts by building on over a decade of success in America, developing relationships throughout the industry and stepping up her hands-on approach to the CONNECT program. She has a BA in Music from the University of Leeds and is trained as a classical pianist and cellist. Whilst studying she became part of the Ninja Tune Street Team, promoting and marketing new releases and tours. Before joining ReverbNation, she spent four years developing the music research product for SoundOut, a predictive analytics company and now also manages budding soul artists in London. Amy's ultimate goal is to give developing British and European artists every chance of success through spreading ReverbNation vibes.
